Linux Certification Testing Information
During the linux certification testing of your product if problems are encountered, KeyLabs will give you 30 days from the time you are notified of the problem in which to correct it. If appropriate fixes are not received within this 30-day timeframe, your product will be judged to be a failure and your product registration will be closed. At that point, your product will be returned to you using the shipping information you have provided. When appropriate fixes have been made and you have adequately pre-tested the product again, you will be required to re-register and re-submit your product to KeyLabs. This will include remitting the appropriate linux certification testing fees.
