This document presents the results of the Linux Compatibility test, which included the installation of
Caldera OpenLinux eServer 2.3, TurboLinux 6.0 Japanese, SuSE 6.3 and SuSE 6.4 on the IBM eServer xSeries 230.
AppLabs' Linux compatibility testing of this system showed the IBM eServer xSeries 230 to be compatible with Caldera OpenLinux eServer 2.3, TurboLinux 6.0, SuSE 6.3 and SuSE 6.4. The IBM eServer xSeries 230 is awarded the AppLabs Linux Compatibility mark.

1. Caldera does not provide for a standard NFS install in their installation.
Instead, Caldera provides for a DHCP-based install. Instructions are available from Caldera at the
Caldera Systems support site.
