All Distributions

1. There is a problem with kernel versions lower than 2.2.18 when detecting multiple onboard eepro devices: the installation may only configure one of the NICs and often not completely. The fix is to either upgrade the kernel to 2.2.18 or manually configure the NICs after installation. Users are advised to upgrade their kernels to 2.2.18.

All RedHat 7.0

1. NFS installer is broken on RedHat 7.0. Use ftp or CD-ROMs to install.

SuSE 7.0 German

1. Users may need to use YAST to configure X after installation as the install may not correctly detect the video chip.
