This document presents
the results of the Linux Compatibility test, which included the installation
and testing of the StarTech.com PCI2S550 Serial Card with Redhat
9.0 and SuSE 9.0
AppLabs' Linux compatibility
testing of this Adapter showed the StarTech.com PCI2S550 to be compatible
with Redhat 9.0 and SuSE 9.0. The StarTech.com PCI2S550 is awarded the Linux
Compatibility mark.

Related Notes:
It is necessary to use the command setserial to configure each port.
Once the card has been detected, the file /proc/pci will contain I/O ports and IRQ assignment
for the adapter as needed for the setserial command.
