This document presents the results of the Linux Compatibility testing with TurboLinux 6.0, Caldera OpenLinux 2.3, RedHat 6.2 and SuSE 6.4 with the Iomega ZIP 100 (Parallel) removable media drive.

AppLabs' Linux compatibility testing of this system showed the ZIP 100 (Parallel) to be compatible with TurboLinux 6.0, Caldera OpenLinux 2.3, RedHat 6.2 and SuSE 6.4. The ZIP 100 (Parallel) is awarded the AppLabs Linux Compatibility mark.

Notes

1. Drive will not be detected during install or reboot. Users will need to load the following modules in this order (approximately) if they are not already loaded:

insmod fat; insmod vfat; insmod parport; insmod parport_pc; insmod imm (or ppa, depending upon the drive.)
